RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your jewellery as much as we love creating it. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
Customized or personalized jewellery
Earrings, due to hygiene reasons
Gift cards or sale items (unless received damaged or defective)
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days after the product is received and inspected.
Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment. COD refunds may be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit.
